2 Key Definitions

- "User" or "You" — Any person who is registered on this platform and/or using its services.

- "Bonus Funds" — Promotional credits issued by b5bd, for which wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal.
- "Wagering Requirement" — The obligation to place a specified amount in bets before winnings earned from a bonus can be withdrawn.
- "Taka" or "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), the sole transaction currency on this platform.
Account Terms
3 Registration Eligibility
The following conditions must be met in order to open an account and use services on b5bd:
- You must be at least 21 years of age ("for those aged 21 and above only").
- You must reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming activity is not prohibited for personal use.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date.
- Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
4 Account Security & Responsibility
The security of your account password and login details is entirely your own responsibility. Every transaction and activity carried out from your account will be assumed to have been done at your direction, unless you immediately notify b5bd support of any unauthorised access.
- Do not share your account details with any third party.
- Transferring or selling your account to anyone else is prohibited.

5 Account Verification
b5bd reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Failure to respond to a verification request in a timely manner may result in the temporary suspension of transactions. Withdrawals and other services will resume once the verification process is complete.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms
6 Deposit Rules
bKash, Nagad, and Rocket may be used to deposit funds on b5bd. These are the only accepted payment methods.
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
- Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly.
- The mobile wallet used for depositing must be registered in your own name.
- Deposits from third-party mobile wallets are not accepted.
7 Withdrawal Rules
Winnings may be withdrawn via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Successful withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile wallet used for the deposit, or to the wallet registered on the account.
- The specified wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see section 10).
8 Failed or Delayed Transactions

Bonuses & Promotional Offers
9 Welcome Bonus Terms
b5bd offers new members a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
- For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200.
- A deposit of ৳26,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳41,000.
- The welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only and can be claimed just once per account.
- Once claimed, a bonus cannot under any circumstances be converted to cash; it is usable for betting only.
10 Wagering Requirements
Any winnings earned from a bonus must meet a 15x wagering requirement before they can be cashed out. This requirement applies to the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount.
- Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, a total of ৳18,000 (৳1,200 × 15) must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
- There will be a set time limit for completing the wagering requirement, which starts from the moment the bonus is credited.
- The contribution rate of specific games may vary when wagering with bonus funds.
- If the bonus is not used before the completion deadline, it will be cancelled automatically.
11 General Terms for Promotional Offers
b5bd runs various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer may have its own rules and conditions, which will be stated on the relevant offer page. If you have questions about any offer, contact the support team.
- b5bd reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
- If b5bd suspects misuse of bonus benefits, it may investigate and, if necessary, suspend the account.
- The terms of promotions are considered final at b5bd's discretion.
Gaming & Betting Policies
12 General Gaming Rules
All games operated on the b5bd platform are provided by third-party software suppliers. These games are operated under fair play principles and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure unbiased outcomes.
- If any technical error occurs during play, the relevant round or bet may be considered void.
- In the event of a dispute over a game result, the game provider's server logs will be treated as the final evidence.
- b5bd will not be held liable for any loss caused by a fault or outage on the part of the game provider.
13 Sports Betting Rules
The following rules apply to betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports:
- A bet may be cancelled before an event starts; however, once an event has begun, bets cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If an event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed, the settlement of related bets will be handled according to b5bd's own rules.
- Any bet placed on an event suspected of manipulation or match-fixing will be considered void.
- Odds in live betting markets may change at any time; the odds at the time the bet is placed are final.
14 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the b5bd platform:
- Operating games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
- Intentionally placing low-risk bets to exploit the bonus system or meet wagering requirements (bonus abuse).
- Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other users.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial purpose.
VIP Programme & Cashback Terms
15 VIP Tiers & Benefits
b5bd's VIP programme has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Advancement to a higher tier depends on your gaming activity and regular participation on the platform.
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
- Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
- Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
Cashback will be calculated on eligible losses on a weekly basis. b5bd reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits at any time.

17 Technical Failures & Limitation of Liability

However, temporary disruptions may occur due to technical maintenance, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service failures. b5bd does not bear liability for financial losses in such situations, though it will work to resolve issues promptly.

22 Account Closure & Termination
b5bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice in any of the following circumstances:
- Violation of these terms.
- Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity.
- Providing a false identity or information.
- Managing multiple accounts.
Users can also request to close their own account at any time.
